The woman behind Pink
Hi, I'm Natalia, the founder of Pink Upholstery Cleaning. I started this business after years of caring for my own family's furniture and seeing how much a proper deep clean can make a whole home feel new again.
As a woman-owned, local company, I treat every couch, mattress and chair like it lives in my own house. I show up on time, use pet-friendly products, work gently on the fabric, and I never leave until you love the result.
Thank you for trusting a small Orlando business. I cannot wait to care for your furniture.

The actual kit we turn up with
Most cleaning companies describe their process. This is the equipment and the products behind ours, named, because a list you can look up is worth more than an adjective.
Four gallons, heated, with a four inch upholstery tool. Heat dissolves the body oil that builds up on headrests and arms, which cold water genuinely cannot touch, and the suction is what pulls the solution back out instead of leaving it in the foam. That second part is why our work dries the same day.
Lifts organic staining and the smell that comes with it in the same pass, rather than treating the mark and leaving the odour to come back. Applied before extraction so the rinse carries the broken-down residue out.
Cotton, linen and jute release tannins when they get too wet, which travel to the surface as the fabric dries and leave a yellow-brown cast. A gallon of this lives on the van because it happens often enough to need it.
Laundry detergent is full of brighteners, and upholstery cannot be rinsed, so the patch someone cleaned keeps a coating that glows in daylight and ends up brighter than the fabric around it. More cleaning makes it worse. This is what fixes it.
Coats each fibre so a spill beads instead of soaking straight in. What it buys is a minute or two to blot, which is usually the whole difference. It is not stain-proofing and we do not sell it as that.
Velvet, chenille and microfiber are groomed in one direction while still slightly damp, so the pile dries lying the same way. Fabric that is perfectly clean but dried unevenly still reads as marked, and no chemistry fixes that.
Two of those exist only to undo a well-meant home clean, and that is the honest case for hiring anyone. Nobody manufactures an anti-browning treatment, and nobody keeps a gallon of it on a van, unless over-wetting a cotton sofa is something that genuinely happens in real homes. The same goes for the brightener neutraliser. We would not suggest buying any of it either. The corrective products are formulated for people who use them weekly, and the extractor costs more than most of the sofas we clean. The one item on that list worth owning is the brush.
Questions, answered
Who actually does the cleaning?
Natalia does. Pink is a small, woman-owned Orlando business rather than a franchise with rotating crews, so the person who quotes your job is the person who cleans it and the person you deal with afterwards.
Are you insured?
Yes, and we treat it as non-negotiable. A great deal of what we clean is worth more than the job costs, and being insured is the difference between an accident being our problem and yours.
Do you use the same products on every fabric?
No, and that is most of the skill. The cleaning code on the tag decides whether water is even allowed, and we carry both water-based and solvent methods plus corrective products for fabric that a previous clean has already damaged.
Are your products fine around pets and children?
We use pet-friendly solutions and extract them out rather than leaving residue in the fabric. If you have a specific sensitivity, tell us when you book and we will work around it.
Will you tell me if a stain cannot be removed?
Before we start, not after you have paid. Some marks are genuinely permanent, dye loss and heat-set protein among them, and saying so up front is more useful to you than an optimistic quote.
