Prices shown on this website are starting points. Your final price depends on the size, fabric, condition and number of items, and is confirmed before any work begins. A minimum service charge may apply.

Booking, scheduling and cancellations

Appointments are scheduled by phone or email. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the time to another customer.

Results and satisfaction

We take great care with every piece of furniture and aim for results you love. Because outcomes depend on fabric type, age and the nature of a stain, some stains and odors may be reduced but not fully removed. We will always tell you what to expect before we start.

Your responsibilities

Please let us know about delicate fabrics, prior treatments or known issues with an item, and provide clear access to the furniture being cleaned.
