Care for every chair in the house
Chairs and small furniture take more wear than people expect. Arms, seats and backs collect skin oils, hair and everyday soil, and reclining mechanisms and seams trap dust and crumbs. We identify the fabric, test a hidden area, pre-treat the problem spots, then deep clean the whole piece and groom it so it looks even and feels fresh.
From a single well-loved recliner to a full set of fabric dining chairs, we treat each piece gently and dry it fast so you can use it the same day in most cases.

Matched to your chair's material
Chairs come in everything from microfiber and polyester to linen, cotton and velvet, and each is handled differently. We identify the fabric first and use a gentler, low-moisture method on delicate weaves. If a piece is leather or a specialty material, mention it when you ask for a quote so we can advise on the best approach.

Pile, nap and natural fibre
Accent chairs are where the awkward fabrics live. Velvet and chenille are groomed with a horsehair brush in one direction while still slightly damp, because crushed pile reads as a mark long after the fabric is clean and no chemistry fixes it. Linen and cotton dining seats get the opposite concern: they release tannins if they are over-wetted and dry with a yellow cast, so we keep the moisture minimal and carry XBrown anti-browning treatment for the times a previous clean already caused it.
What we bring to every job
The equipment and the habits that separate a professional clean from a rented machine and a bottle.
Heat is the only thing that dissolves the body oil built up on headrests and arms, and strong suction is what pulls the solution back out rather than leaving it in the foam. That second part decides how your furniture looks the next morning, and in Florida humidity it decides whether it smells.
A recliner is two jobs, the surface and the mechanism full of crumbs beneath it, and we open it fully to reach both. Headrests and arms get the most attention because body oil darkens them long before the rest of the chair looks dirty.
We carry an anti-browning treatment for natural fibres that were over-wetted, and a neutraliser for the bright patch left behind when someone cleaned a stain with laundry detergent. Neither would exist if those mistakes were not common.
Booking confirms in writing, you get a reminder before the day and a text when we are on the way, and the invoice arrives digitally so you can pay online. The most common complaint about this trade is not the cleaning, it is not knowing whether anyone is turning up.
Questions, answered
Do you clean recliner mechanisms as well as the fabric?
Yes, and it is half the job on a recliner. We open the chair fully so the footrest, the sides of the seat and the gaps around the mechanism are reachable, and clear out the crumbs, coins and pet hair that collect there. On a power recliner we unplug it first and keep all liquid away from the motor and wiring.
Why do the headrest and arms look darker than the rest of the chair?
Body oil. It transfers from skin and hair by contact rather than landing as a spill, so it builds up on exactly the spots people touch most and darkens them long before the rest of the chair looks dirty. Oil does not dissolve in cold water, which is why home cleaning tends to leave those areas untouched. Heat is what shifts it.
Can you clean dining chairs with removable seat pads?
Yes, and they are easier. On many sets the pad unscrews from the frame, which lets us clean the fabric flat and reach the edges and underside without soaking the frame. Dining chairs also collect airborne cooking grease on top of the usual spills, so they generally need a grease-cutting approach rather than water alone.
Do you clean office chairs and desk chairs at home?
Yes. Home office chairs get heavy daily contact and collect the same body oil as a recliner, usually concentrated on the seat and the arm rests. They clean well and dry quickly because there is far less fabric than on a sofa.
How much does it cost to clean a recliner or armchair in Orlando?
A recliner starts at $69, an armchair or accent chair at $59, an ottoman at $29 and an office chair at $29. Fabric dining chairs are $25 each with a four-chair minimum. Every quote is free, and our minimum service is $115.
Is there a minimum for dining chairs?
Yes. Fabric dining chairs are cleaned in sets of four or more at $25 per chair. You can also combine chairs with a sofa or other pieces to reach our $115 minimum service.
Can you clean upholstered office chairs?
Yes. We deep clean upholstered office and desk chairs, lifting body oils and everyday soil from the seat, back and arms.
How long do chairs take to dry?
Most chairs are dry within 4 to 6 hours. We extract as much moisture as possible and groom the fabric so it dries evenly.
