Which service do I need?
Match it to the piece. Sofas and loveseats are couch cleaning, anything with a corner or chaise is sectional cleaning, and recliners, armchairs and dining chairs are furniture cleaning. If a specific mark is the reason you are calling, start with stain removal or pet stain and odour removal instead.
Can you clean several pieces in one visit?
Yes, and it is usually better value, since we are already on site and set up. Tell us everything you would like looked at when you book and the quote covers the visit rather than each piece separately.
How much does upholstery cleaning cost in Orlando?
Typically between $149 and $399 for a job depending on the piece and the fabric. Our own prices start at $59 for an armchair, $149 for a sofa and $249 for a sectional, with a $115 minimum service.
Is stain treatment charged separately?
No. Stain treatment is part of the clean, so a sofa with three marks on it is still from $149. Pet urine is the one exception at $69, because it needs enzyme treatment at a depth a surface clean does not reach.
How long will the furniture take to dry?
Usually four to six hours. We extract far more moisture than a rented machine can, which is what keeps drying short, and we bring air movers for jobs where a room needs to be usable the same day.
